GUARDIANS Of GOTHAM CITY Lithograph DICK SPRANG Artwork RARE 1996 BATMAN
Offered here is an Extremely Rare copy of the Limited Edition Lithograph featuring The GUARDIANS Of GOTHAM CITY with legendary DICK SPRANGE Artwork. This litho is not signed or numbered, it was one of the very first prints off the press to check color, alignment, registry, etc. And make sure everything was correct before they printed the entire run.
The print does have the embossed images of Batman and Robin in the lower corners. The litho is large, approximately 27" x 35" with a white border all around for framing. These unnumbered/unsigned press proofs for limited edition full color prints featuring art by famous Golden Age Batman artist Dick Sprang.
Impressive and action-packed, each features same image of Batman and Robin at center w/additional images of the Dynamic Duo climbing building and fighting Riddler. Other villains are also featured, including - Catwoman, Penguin, Two-Face and The Joker. The bat symbol shines in the background and both Batmobile and Batplane are depicted. The print is in Excellent Condition and ready to frame, see the photos. Sprang's artwork showcases Batman & Robin, the Batmobile, Batplane, and the Bat Signal. Also imortalized are their most notorious villains - The Joker, The Riddler, Catwoman, Two-Face and The Penguin.
