PURE EVIL Chris Stein's Nightmare Blondie Debbie Harry @ Dismaland 4 Banksy MINT
This amazing hand produced print is one of a TOTAL of only 100. Pure Evil had some of his work at Banksy's DISMALAND and was voted one of the top 10 artists there. This piece PERFECTLY SHOWS , Pure Evil's amazing sense of humour , all Graffiti / Street art started as an " Underground movement" mainly because it was (& technically IS) Illegal. (strange how illegal graffiti by Banksy is legal & Valuable but other people get scrubbed off walls) - SO This Underground group spent a great deal of time at REAL risk painting anything that stood still - often trains - see the Martha Cooper book on the trains in New York - the SUBWAY ART book.
Then TFL does an exhibition of Art on the Underground but strangely does not include these great artists , Banksy , Pure Evil , Ben Eine, Nick Walker , Robbo etc. I post out in Heavy Duty Packing.
